Shipping Policy

 Free shipping within the United States for any order of 49 USD, 8 USD flat for any order less then 49 USD worth of products, including Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories. 

International Shipping Policy

Sokoclothing now offers shipping internationally anywhere. Flat rate 20 USD to all territories. 10 USD for Mexico & Canada.

Return Policy (return by mail)

SokoClothing.com will accept unworn, unwashed, defective products 30 day from purchase. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping must be prepaid for all returns and we will not accept cod. Sokoclothing will only refund shipping cost for defective products or sizing errors.

The following conditions will apply

Please notify us of a return via email at returns@sokoclothing.com prior to sending out the package to ensure a safe return. All returns must be received in its original state, any destruction intentional or otherwise will not qualify for return. All returns must include the online purchase receipt and outer poly packaging. Sokoclothing will not be responsible for lost packages in the mail. A return will be processed within 72 hours after it is received.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made via store credit or a exchange in size. A request for store credit or size exchange can be made when notifying us regarding a return at returns@sokoclothing.com and will be processed within 72 hours after the return package is received. Sokoclothing will only refund shipping cost for defective products or sizing errors.
